Architectural Design I is the first ever module-related architecture that I start off in taking this particular course. It was baffling and stressful during the start of the module since there are a bunch of architectural terms that are fresh to me and I have a hard time understanding them, I should have placed all of my focus and paid more attention to the lecture, so that I don't get lost and be more active in asking my classmates, who have undergone Foundation in Nature and Building Environment, and have a basic understanding regarding Architecture. As far as I see now, they are very friendly and are very excited about sharing their understanding and knowledge when somebody asks. We have various learning platforms, MyTimes is where we can access the course, project brief, assignments, and presentation slides. We are constantly updated with the lecture announcement, time, and location of the class for every lecture on Facebook so that students don't miss it.

There are PPTs provided in every lecture and students can look back using MyTimes to access the module. In addition, the lecturer conveys an in-depth interpretation by explaining each of the slides thoroughly, step by step. We also have tutorials, the time when we obtain feedback from our tutors regarding our progress and development. Since there are approximately 100 pupils, we were separated into groups and each batch was allocated a tutor and class representative. For every tutorial, I would attempt my best to accomplish the appointed progress for my project so I can acquire timely feedback, critics, ideas, and recommendations from the tutor to expand my knowledge and not get stuck on a particular belief. The tutorial assisted me in discovering my mistakes and improving. Whenever I get stuck or when a problem occurs, the tutor can offer advice. I also encountered new friends within the group, since we are divided into small groups and it is easier to communicate with my classmates. My classmates also gave ideas and guidance when they saw that I faced a difficulty. Overall, they are very helpful, since I was very new and had little understanding regarding this course.
