Vince Tantio's E-portfolio

For project 1, the task is to make a movie poster, we are to create our own characters, storyline, structure, etc while using any color medium to capture the essence and express the genre of the film. We should include figure drawings, natural elements such as trees and animals, man-made objects such as buildings, and lettering in various sizes to follow the typical format of a movie poster. This movie poster has the setting in a world where it involves futuristic concepts such as advanced technology, in which a team of superheroes is formed to uphold justice by inventing high-technology weapons. The genre is superhero, sci-fi and action. As for the color media, I used watercolor and fineliners for the outline and lettering. I should have used one-tone color for the buildings so that the characters can stand out more since my plotline revolves around the characters. Now, with the colorful buildings, it seems to have balanced out the characters.
