For our assignment, we need to design a Neighborhood Learning Centre for the proposed Neighborhood Park Plan (Project P1A) at USJ14 Park. We have to create full design proposals based on our site analysis and precedent studies. Our designs should include narratives that reflect the environment and community, focusing on environmental poetics and building enclosures that minimize environmental impact. We'll explore different spatial organizations and use passive strategies for sustainable design. The goal is to create a design that blends seamlessly with the environment and site, providing the best spatial experiences to foster a sense of community.

NARRATIVE
In today's fast-paced, digitally-driven world, the gap between the older and younger generations has grown ever wider. The disparity in experiences, values, and comfort with technology contributes to this widening chasm. Life rushes by so swiftly that meaningful interactions are often left behind, deepening the divide.
To bridge this gap, this community learning center emerges as a haven, designed to bring people of all ages together. Through the magic of shared experiences and the art of storytelling, we seek to weave threads of understanding and empathy, connecting hearts across generations.
However, intergenerational storytelling can bridge this gap by allowing different generations to share knowledge and experiences, fostering empathy and understanding. Programs promoting this storytelling have shown great results in enhancing mutual understanding and reducing age-related prejudices, ultimately building a more connected and empathetic society.
